Responsibilities
Chris is responsible for asset management and development of Brandywine Financials commercial retail portfolio as well as increasing third party management business with lenders, pension funds, insurance companies, REITS and owner developed projects. Since 1995 Chris has managed commercial real estate consisting of retail, office and hotels. Ownership clientele includes; GE Capital, Criimi Mae, Radiant Partners, PSERS, AMC Delancy, Hughes Development Group, Tanurb Development, Delco Development, among others.
Accredidation
Earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in Marketing from Rowan University. Chris is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
